In order to know what size you'll need for collars and bandannas, you'll first have to measure your pet's neck. Take some measuring tape, a piece of string, a ribbon, etc., and measure the spot where the collar would normally rest. If you use a string or something of the like, you must also have a ruler or yardstick to measure out the length of the string. Now, either stick two fingers in between the measuring device and your pet's neck, or add two inches to what you measured initially. Your pet will now have adequate room for comfort and safety. Your product will typically arrive 7-10 days after you place your order. We are local to Wilmington, NC, and deliver free-of-charge to our area. Orders being shipped anywhere else will incur a shipping fee of $4 if the total of the order is under $50. Orders totaling over $50 are shipped free.

We accept returns as long as the product has not obviously been worn and then returned. The product must still be in the condition that it was in when it was delivered to you. We do accept refunds and exchanges!
